08 Dec 2021 - 09 Dec 2021 Gurugram, India & online

We are pleased to inform you that our annual flagship conference, “NanoforAgri-2021”, is being organized by The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) during 8-9th December, 2021 at the TERI-Deakin Nanobiotechnology Centre (TDNBC), Gurugram, India. The TDNBC was brought forward by an active and collaborative research partnership between TERI, India and Deakin University, Australia in 2010.

This year the theme is ‘Technology readiness and overcoming regulatory barriers to implement nanotechnology-enabled agriculture for sustainable future‘. The Conference will focus on the world’s readiness for achieving the “UN’s sustainable Development Goal: End hunger, achieve food security, and promote sustainable agriculture” through the application of nanotechnology. The event will provide a platform to all stakeholders involved in NanoAgriculture encompassing academicians and industries having recently developed nanotechnologies, regulators and farmers. The conference will bring together highly-accomplished experts with diversified backgrounds across the globe and showcase breakthrough research towards nano-driven shift in agricultural practices.

Amid the many uncertainties and restrictions due to COVID-19, the conference will be organized in a hybrid mode. The participants from India may opt for in-person or virtual experience, however for our international participants it will be in the virtual mode. The ‘NANOFORAGRI-2021‘ conference promises to be a strong, robust scientific forum that participants have enjoyed in the past, while making sure that the content is accessible to the greater NanoAgriculture community.

Similar to our previous events, we have awards for three best oral and e-poster presentations, for which the deadline for abstract submission is 10th November, 2021.
