NILindustrial Day 2026 – 15th Anniversary

The 15th anniversary of NILindustrial Day will take place on June 1–2, 2026, in Berlin. The event brings together equipment and material manufacturers, users, and researchers from the nanoimprint lithography (NIL) community to share insights, discuss trends, and present the latest developments in the field.

Organized by micro resist technology and PROFACTOR, the event will be hosted at the Seminaris Campushotel Berlin and offers two days of presentations, discussions, and networking between industry and research.
