NSC Update 05/2026

• The NSC Roadmap was recognised in the Scientific Opinion on Advanced Materials no. 18 – April 2026
• We welcome BioPhenom project to the NSC Community
• Interview to Yvonne Kohl, Fraunhofer IBMT, leader of the SSbD4CheM work package dealing with models for human health and environmental safety
• Demo video of the EcoTrace tool: a DPP management tool developed by AIMEN within PLANETS
• Presentation video of the InnoMatSyn project
• Questionnaire on Social Acceptance of safer and more sustainable alternatives to conventional chemical substances developed within PLANETS
• “Question of the month” in the PARCopedia SSbD user community

• WG Education, Training & Communication:
  • Delphi consultation on Harmonization of SSbD terminology, based on the PLANETS SSbD Wordbook
